Background Information:
This Change In Service #1 to the agreement with Chapman Engineering Inc. is for the installation of monitoring wells, laboratory analysis, and reporting on a chlorinated solvent plume in the vicinity of South Guadalupe.
The City entered into an agreement with Chapman Engineering in May, 2020 for a contract amount of $33,900 for an initial investigation of potential chlorinated solvents resulting from dry cleaning operations in the area....
