Background Information:

On October 18, 2018 the City Council approved an Ordinance appointing Judge Dallari Landry as the Presiding Judge for the San Marcos Municipal Court of Record.  That appointment will expire on October 31, 2020.  This re-appointment will be effective on November 1, 2010 and will be for a 2-year duration.  During the FY21 budget policy workshop, Council gave direction and support to move Judge Landry’s position from part-time to full-time effective October 1, 2020.
