Background Information:
In compliance with the City Charter the City Council must receive the proposed 10-yr Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) 120 days prior to the adoption of the budget. The first year of the CIP plan is approved for funding with the annual budget.
A brief overview of the CIP will be provided along with the Planning and Zoning Commission recommendation. The P&Z will vote on the plan and any recommendations at their May 12th meeting. The City Council will be presented additional information on the CIP at the May 26th Budget Workshop.
