Background Information:
This issue was first addressed in a Special City Council meeting on April 16, 2020, and a presentation was received by City Council on April 30, 2020. Following direction from the City Council, staff is proposing an ordinance that provides temporary relief to food establishments regarding the payment of certain city fees.
