Prior Council Action: In April, 2019, Council directed staff to develop an ordinance prohibiting motor-assisted scooters. Council passed a first reading of the proposed ordinance with conditions in December, 2019. In January, 2020, Council tabled the second reading of the ordinance for further discussion.
