Background Information:
This change in service is to integrate Maximo 7.6.1 with Tyler Technologies - MUNIS (Munis). IBM’s Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) System tracks work orders and asset management activities across multiple City Departments. Munis is an enterprise system which is the financial system of record for the City. This integration will allow Maximo and Munis to move financial information between the two systems, eliminating manual and duplicate entry into both systems. The total estimated cost for this integration is $71,590 bringing the total amount of the contract to $257,196.00.
