Background Information:
In June 2018, Council approved the Parking Program Plan (Kimley-Horn). On April 16, 2019, Council created the Parking Advisory Board (PAB) to implement the recommendations of the Kimley-Horn Plan. After five (5) monthly and two (2) special meetings, the PAB has developed six (6) specific recommendations which are contained in the attached resolution.
