Background Information:
The City Council began adopting an annual meeting calendar in following the approval of Proposition E of the 2017 Charter Election which reduced the number of regular meetings from 24 per year to 22 per year.
Setting a Regular meeting calendar allows for Council, Staff and the public to have a snapshot of when Council will hold their Regular Meetings and Budget Workshops in the upcoming year.
The setting of this meeting calendar does not prohibit additional workshops and special called meetings to be held as necessary.
