Background Information:

At their regular meeting on September 19, 2019 the Zoning Board of Adjustments (ZBOA) approved a Variance Request to allow a setback of 15 feet, and recommended that City Council consider a refund of the Variance application fee.

The ZBOA is not regulated by City Code, but instead regulated by the Local Government Code, therefore ZBOA is not subject to the same bylaw requirements related to the recommendation process as other boards/commissions governed by San Marcos City Code.  A Recommendation Resolution is not required.
