Consider approval of Resolution 2019-193R, approving an agreement between the City and Hays County Animal Hospital, PC for the provision of professional veterinary services for animals under the care and supervision of the San Marcos Regional Animal Shelter in an annual amount not-to-exceed $140,000.00 for the initial one-year term with options to renew for up to five years for a total contract price of $625,000.00; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute the professional services agreement; and declaring an effective date.
