This item is for the approval of preliminary engineering services with Cobb, Fendley & Associates for CIP project #C415- Reconstruction of Downtown Alleys.
The "Reconstruction of Downtown Alleys" is a multi-year phased Capital Improvement Project for the reconstruct of downtown alleys, including drainage improvements and utility replacements as necessary.
