Background Information:
The Natatorium at the Activity Center has not been remodeled since its original construction approximately twenty-six (26) years ago. The scope of work for this remodel project includes demolition and replacement of all floor and wall tilework, repainting, and removal and replacement of all lighting and hand dryers. Wallpaper within the Natatorium area will be removed with the walls prepared and painted. The project includes all supervision, dumpster, and debris protections as well as daily and final cleanup. Excluded from the project are carpet demo/replacement, new plumbing fixtures, new toilet accessories, and paint/stain on doors, per the quote provided to the City by the vendor.
