Background Information:
This is the annual operating contract with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission for the City to continue to provide Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program services. The City receives 100% reimbursement for WIC operating expenses, as well as City cost allocation for support services. Our WIC program provides services in Hays, Caldwell, Guadalupe, and Comal counties under this contract.
