Background Information:
During heavy flooding that occurred in San Marcos during October 2015, the road leading to the San Marcos Surface Water Treatment Plant was damaged. The purpose of this project is to repair the culvert pipes crossing the creek and repair of the damaged pavement surface and erosion at the crossing. This project is approved for reimbursement by FEMA at 75% with City funding at 25%.
