Background Information:
USA Softball of Texas has requested a three (3) year lease for approximately 900 Sq. Ft. of space on the second floor of the Gary Sports Complex main building to be used for administrative, office and meeting space. The organization requires administrative space to replace office space formerly utilized in the Grant Harris building.
Lease to run September 1, 2019 - August 31, 2022 with rent of $500.00 per month. Currently the floor space is used intermittently for storage and little else. This lease offers an opportunity to generate revenue from currently under-utilized space.
