Background Information:
The City contracted with Deliotte and Touche, LLP to perform the internal audit function in relation to the CDBG-DR funds that were granted to the City for flood recovery. Due to the progression of the projects and an increase in the number of projects, Deliotte has begun conducting audits quarterly. Per HUD requirements, the results of the quarterly monitoring must be communicated to the Finance and Audit Committee and the City Council as the governing body. This report was presented to the Finance and Audit Committee on May 31,2019.
