Background Information:
The subject property is part of the McCarty Commons PDD. Development of this property is regulated by the document that was approved by City Council on May 7, 2013.
This is the first phase of the Preliminary Plat approved March 26, 2019. This phase includes 40 residential lots. As a condition of the PDD, approximately 58 acres of Open Space has been previously dedicated to satisfy the parkland requirements. Four new streets are proposed, as well as the extension of Wassar Boulevard. City water and wastewater lines will be extended through all streets.
