Consider approval of Resolution 2019-57R, approving an amended and restated Interconnection Agreement with the LCRA Transmission Services Corporation ("LCRA TSC") which includes, among other items, approving an associated bill of sale to transfer certain bulk electric system components at the Hilltop and Strahan Substations to LCRA TSC; authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute said amended and restated interconnection agreement and bill of sale on behalf of the city; and declaring an effective date.
