Background Information:
The Fire Department requires the purchase of two (2) Chevrolet ½ ton crew cab trucks for the Fire Prevention division from Caldwell Country, Caldwell, Texas for $66,890.00. This procurement is being made through the BuyBoard cooperative contract #521-16 in accordance with Local Government Code, Section 271.101.
These vehicles are to be financed by U.S. Bancorp for the total amount of $71,215.90, including interest in the amount of $4,325.90. The approval of the amendment to the master finance purchase agreement with U.S. Bancorp Government Leasing and Finance, Inc is on April 02, 2019, City Council agenda.
