Background Information:
This is a voluntary annexation request submitted by Transportation Alliance for approximately 734.6 acres along State Highway 80 and FM 1984. City Council approved a 380 agreement for the Katerra Development which is part of the larger tract, on October 16, 2018.
City Council will also consider a zoning request and Chapter 380 agreement for the SMART Terminal at this meeting. Below is the proposed schedule for this annexation which complies with the Texas Local Government Code requirements.
