Background Information:
The Alcohol CUP Committee consists of three members of City Council and three members of the Planning & Zoning Commission. The Committee meets on an as-needed basis to discuss City regulations related to alcohol sales and provides direction to staff to implement suggested changes. Currently, Commissioners Garber and Dillon serve on the Alcohol CUP Committee. The Planning & Zoning Commission is tasked with electing one additional member to the Committee.
