Background Information:
The advancement of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV or drone) technology has given law enforcement, fire departments, and cities as a whole a new set of tools allowing for a much safer and effective delivery of services. Before this technology became available, the need for aerial video and photography had to be met using fixed wing or rotary aircraft or with the use of elevated platforms such as ladder-equipped fire apparatus.
