Background Information:

 

The City Council approved Resolution No 2018-198R on October 16, 2018, a copy of which is attached.  Because the developer’s project will be seeking tax-exempt bonds, the form of the resolution required by Texas Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) is different than the one approved by City Council in October. The developer needs a revised resolution before the end of the calendar year to submit to TDHCA.
