Background Information:

The subject property is approximately 21.13 acres and will contain two lots. This is the site of the former San Marcos Municipal Airport, which is proposed to be developed into senior housing. Utilities are adequate for development of this site. The development will be required to dedicate and construct Royal Senior Way.
