Background Information:
In order to alleviate drainage issues and accommodate the improvements of the Hopkins Street project, downstream drainage improvements are necessary to be constructed. This project will construct a drainage system from the Hopkins and Travis Street intersection and outfall into Purgatory Creek in the Dunbar Park area. The construction will include water quality treatment prior to discharging into Purgatory Creek.
