Background Information:
Bluebonnet Electric Coop is constructing a new building on Highway 142 near Church Street. Caldwell. This new facility is located in the outer portion of the City's Extra Territorial Jurisdiction. Caldwell County is asking for permission to be solely responsible for the review and approval of development applications for this facility. City staff has no objections due to the building being located in the outer portion of the ETJ.
