Background Information:
The professional services to be performed by HDR Engineering will consist of evaluating and developing recommendations to correct existing drainage problems at five (5) specific locations. The five project sites include:
1. Crockett Elementary
2. Fire Station Number 1 Drain
3. Harper Drive and River Road
4. S LBJ Drive at Willow Springs Bridge Repair
5. Water Quality Improvement #51 (just south of S LBJ Drive and Willow Springs)
These projects are part of an on-going yearly effort to address identified drainage problem areas considered to be site specific or cover small areas. Services will include evaluating the problem including a hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, develop alternatives to correct the problem, and preparing a technical memorandum summarizing findings including recommendations and an opinion probable construction cost. HDR understands recommendations from the technical memorandum are anticipated to proceed to design and construction phases, which requires future authorization.
