Background Information:
The professional services to be performed by HDR Engineering will consist of an evaluation of existing flooding problems at the Castle Forest channel and adjacent neighborhood and develop recommendations to alleviate existing flooding problems. Compliance with the COSM drainage criteria is preferred, specifically, keeping the 100-yr floodplain within the rights-of-way. Proposed improvements will focus on flooding problem areas and evaluation results.
