Background Information:

The applicant is proposing to sell beer and wine at a BBQ restaurant within the existing food court at the Prime Outlets. Alcohol consumption is proposed to be limited to within the food court.

Staff provides this request to the Commission for your consideration and recommends approval of the Conditional Use Permit with the following conditions:

 

1.                     Permit shall be valid for one (1) year, provided standards are met.

2.                     The permit shall become effective upon the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy.

3.                     The permit shall be posted in the same area and manner as the Certificate of Occupancy.
