Background Information:
On August 23, 2018 the City received two bids for an IDIQ Master Contract for Traffic Signal Construction and Maintenance in accordance with City Purchasing Policy and Local Government Code. After evaluation, City staff recommends award to Austin Traffic Signal, Pflugerville, Texas, for the lowest responsible responsive bid in the estimated amount of $679,275 annually. The initial term of this contract is one year with two possible renewals. The total combined term of the contract will not exceed three years.
