Background Information:
The City is authorized by Local Government Code, Chapter 271 to participate in cooperative purchasing programs and by the "Texas Interlocal Cooperation Act," Chapter 791 Texas Government Code.
On June 19, 2018, the City awarded contract #218-143 for Outsourcing of Utility Bills and Notices with InfoSend, Inc.
