Background Information:
Michael Schroeder has provided an email indicating his intent to amend the approved Development Agreement for LaSalle, generally located north of the San Marcos City Limits between Yarrington Road, SH 21 and IH 35. (see attached email)

History:
In 2013 / 2014 a Council Committee negotiated Consent Agreements for the LaSalle Municipal Utility Districts (MUD) 1-5. The Consent Agreements were amended in 2015, 2016 & 2017 to adjust the timeline and clarify the metrics of progress.

These Consent Agreements required the applicant, Michael Schroeder, to enter into a Development Agreement to guide the development of the property. In October 2014 Resolution 2014-144 was approved by City Council and requires the property to conform with SmartCode Standards.
