Background Information:
This item is to hold a public hearing and amend the CDBG-DR Action Plan to allow reimbursement to the San Marcos Public Housing Authority (SMPHA). Council is not voting or allocating the funds at this time. Staff will process the application according to HUD regulations and bring back eligible cost reimbursement at a later date.
