One (1) application was received for the Fall 2018 Preferred Scenario Amendment (PSA) Deadline. 

 

(a)                     Guadalupe RE, LLC ::  +/-  4.82 acres located at the 500 W Hutchison Street :: Proposal to change from “Area of Stability - Existing Neighborhood” to “Growth Area - High Intensity” :: Proposal to change from Public and Institutional (P) to Planned Development District (PDD) with a base zoning of Mixed Use (MU).

 

As of August 7, 2018, staff has received 21 citizen comments letters with six (6) letters in opposition, fourteen (14) letters in support, and one (1) neutral letter.
