Background Information:
The Strategic Initiatives identified by the City Council during the Visioning Advance in January 2018 lend themselves to being organized around the following key priorities:
* Workforce Housing;
* Public Transit;
* Stormwater;
* Community Partners; and
* City Facilities.
The draft initiatives and strategies were presented to Council during the February 22, 2018 Budget Policy Workshop. Based on Council's feedback, the draft document has been revised to include language relating to Stormwater and Community Partnerships. In addition, staff revised the item on Workforce Housing to reflect changes Council has approved with Code SMTX.
