Background Information
:

LCRA is reconstructing components of Canyon Substation on River Ridge Pky. to withstand higher flood elevations.  The planned work requires SMEU to move and reconstruct some infrastructure, which LCRA is willing to pay us to perform. This agreement will enable LCRA to pay for services performed by City of San Marcos Electric Utility.  This parallels the inter-local agreement in place that allows COSM to purchase services from LCRA.
