Background Information:
On December 21, 2016 the City received one (1) bid for Aerial Fireworks Display. City Staff evaluated the submitted proposal and recommendation was made to award to Pyro Shows of Texas, Inc. The initial contract award for Aerial Fireworks Display (RFP 217-007) to Pyro Shows of Texas, Inc. was awarded administratively as the total amount of the contract was below the $50,000 threshold. However, with this first extension, the contract total is estimated to reach approximately $54,000.
