Background Information:
Chapter 90 of the City Code requires that anyone wishing to operate a limousine service within the City of San Marcos must have an approved limousine service certificate issued by the San Marcos City Council. Mr. Adam Jester has submitted an application for a certificate and will be the sole chauffer for his business.
