Background Information:
The City has recently completed both Water and Wastewater Master Plans reflecting a planning horizon to 2035. These plans look at population growth based upon the City's Comprehensive Plan and the infrastructure improvements necessary to support that growth. The identified infrastructure improvements are used to develop the City's 10-year Capital Improvement Program and projects are funded from Water and Wastewater utility revenues.
