Consider approval of Resolution 2018-14R, authorizing the submission of an application to the Office of the Governor, Criminal Justice Division, Victims of Crime Assistance (VOCA) program for a grant in an amount not to exceed $70,000 to fund the continuation of the second position in the Police Department's Victim Services program for two more years, authorizing the expenditure of matching funds of 20 percent; authorizing the City Manager or his designee to execute any and all documents as necessary to accept and implement the grant, if awarded; and declare an effective date.
