Background Information:
The subject property is part of the La Cima Development and located outside the City Limits within the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction (ETJ). The property is under the regulation of an approved and recorded Development Agreement; approved by City Council on September 16, 2014. As part of the approved Development Agreement, annexation is to occur at the time of Final Plat.

The Final Plat of Phase 1, Section 1 was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on December 12 and allows for the development of 130 single-family lots and eight new streets.
