Background Information:
On November 28, 2017, the City discovered a water line break on the main feed to the Activity Center, which was in an undetermined location underneath the building. As a result, the Activity Center remained closed for several days. The Fence Lady, Inc., located in Boerne, Texas, was secured immediately to begin work, which included tunneling under the building to make a trench 9 feet high by 3 feet wide and 135 feet long to access the source of the water line break.
