BACKGROUND: 

At the October 17, 2017 Regular City Council meeting the City Council provided direction, following discussion, to move forward with bringing back a budget amendment for Dr. Mihalkanin unused stipend to the drainage fund as a policy matter.

 

A total of $17,550.00 will be transferred from Council Member Mihalkanin’s unused compensation to the Drainage Utility Fund.
