BACKGROUND

 

Residents of 400 McGehee Street (from Cheatham Street to Grove Street) are requesting the installation of residential parking permits on the west side of the street from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm daily.

 

City staff has reviewed the request and the request meets the requirements for residential permit parking. City staff recommends parking restriction with residential parking permits from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm daily.

 

Pursuant to Section 82.067 of the City Code, the traffic engineer is required to develop and maintain a traffic register containing a record of every location in the city where any traffic control device or special regulation exists.
