BACKGROUND: 
The San Marcos Area Chamber of Commerce has requested that a member of the San Marcos City Council serve as an ex-officio member on the Board of Directors.  The term will begin October 1, 2017 and end September 30, 2018.  The Board of Directors meets on the 4^th Wednesday of every month from 5pm-6pm.
