BACKGROUND:
During the Code SMTX Workshops the Council directed staff to schedule work sessions that would allow for Council Members and P&Z Commissioners to review the Code by Chapter with Staff. A Quorum of City Council Members and Planning and Zoning Commissioners could be present to review the final draft of the Code SMTX document, specifically regarding the Development Process. No action will be taken during this work session. No action will be taken during this work session.
