The process for review of these applications includes updates to the Neighborhood Commission, Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council followed by public hearings and action by the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council.

 

Three (3) applications were received for the Spring 2016 Preferred Scenario Amendment (PSA) Deadline:

 

PSA-15-03 Alan Holt :: approximately 4.78, more or less, acres located at the intersection North IH 35 and East River Ridge Parkway :: Employment Center
