BACKGROUND:
The assignment of private hangar lease was approved by Airport Commission on June 18, 2015. The salient points of the lease are:
• Lease of approximately 3,079.95 sq. ft. including approximately a 3,000 sq.ft. hangar located at 1733 Airport Drive.
• Lessee must comply with SMRA Rules & Regulations and Minimum Standards.
• Hangar lease expires on April 2, 2017 and ownership of hangar will revert to COSM.
• Current annual rent is $307.92.
The Airport Commission voted unanimously to approve the lease assignment. TAP recommends approval.
