BACKGROUND:
Motion approved for Consent Agenda Item 12 to authorize Change in Services No. 7 to HDR Engineering for Screen Wall Design Services at the May 19, 2015 City Council meeting. Staff was instructed not to move forward with Screen Wall Design Services until more discussion regarding the design options.
