BACKGROUND:
On August 18, 2015 the Council provided direction for Staff to bring back the recommended changes to the Airport Commission Ordinance for consideration. A redline illustrating all of the changes is attached for review.
On October 5, 2015 the Council provided direction for Staff to ask Texas Aviation Partner’s for a recommendation regarding the Appeals section of the Ordinance. They have recommended that the section be removed. The attached Ordinance highlights that recommendation.
On February 16, 2016 the Council provided direction for Staff to bring back the Airport Advisory Board’s Ordinance for modifications to the requirements for membership on the board.
